MSh magnetic probes and PML laboratory probe magnets provide simple solution for detection and inspection of magnetic inclusions in bulk materials in laboratories of processing companies and universities.

  • NdFeB magnetic system with intensity up to 900 mT (9 000 Gauss)

Magnetic system based on powerful permanent NdFeB magnets in a stainless steel housing attracts the finest ferro- and paramagnetic particles. For magnetic probes with manual cleaning, magnetic systems are selected with intensity in the range from 100 to 900 mT (1 000 – 9 000 Gs).

Laboratory probes with adjustable magnetic induction on the working surface are designed to evaluate magnetic susceptibility of the tested material. Value of magnetic induction on the working surface of the probe varies from 50 to 900 mT (500 to 9 000 Gs). Magnetic induction on the working surface of the probe is adjusted by changing the magnetic system position (moving closer /farther) in relation to the probe working surface.

  • Incoming and intermediate inspections

Magnetic probes type MSh and probes type PML allow you to inspect material for presence of magnetic impurities when accepting from suppliers and for control of raw materials. They can be used to identify degree of contamination of nonferrous scrap with ferrous metal particles, incoming quality control and at critical control points on production lines in food industry, recycling, plastics industry. It also allows you to identify location of contaminants in products rejected by metal detectors.

  • Easy to operate and maintain

Magnetic probes are light and do not require any maintenance. Smooth and polished surface is easy to clean.
